Once we receive your order, we will contact you via email to confirm availability and whether your items can be dispatched immediately.

If any items are not currently in stock, please allow up to eight weeks for production. We will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready for dispatch.

Estimated delivery times (from dispatch):
• UK: 1–3 working days
• Europe: 3–5 working days
• Rest of the World: 5–10 working days

Our primary shipping couriers are DHL and FedEx. All shipping costs, taxes, and duties are calculated at checkout.

IRELAND

All items are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. All prices shown on our website include any applicable local import taxes and duties.

EUROPE ORDERS

All items are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. Any applicable local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged by the courier prior to delivery. VAT will therefore be deducted from the value of your order at the point of checkout.

Customers will be held liable for any other charges that may occur, as a result of unsuccessful delivery attempts and unpaid customs or duties fees. These costs will be automatically deducted from your refund.

US ORDERS
