Materials – Glass Qualities
Our glass bathroom basins are crafted from carefully selected premium glass materials, including tempered glass and hand-cut crystal glass. Each material is chosen for its refinement, strength, and suitability for bathroom environments.
Advanced glass technology ensures that every basin maintains a soft, elegant appearance while offering exceptional durability. The glass is resistant to everyday use, including exposure to hot water, ensuring long-term performance without compromising its refined aesthetic.
The surface of the glass interacts harmoniously with surrounding stone and interior finishes, naturally reflecting colour and texture to enhance the character of the basin area. Whether clear, transparent, or subtly tinted, the material introduces visual depth and interest to the bathroom. It creates a balanced contrast with solid surfaces while preserving a smooth, sophisticated finish.
Styles and Glass Basin Collections
Our crystal and glass basin collection includes a small number of distinctive designs, each offering a different expression of glass design for the bathroom countertop. While all are intended for countertop use, they vary in shape, colour, and decorative detail, allowing you to shape the mood and character of the space through form, colour, and material.
The Cornelia basin is inspired by antique glassware, featuring a scalloped edge and decorative detailing cut from crystal glass. Its shallow glass bowl maintains a visually open surface, interacting with nearby stone and colour while acting as an ornamental focal point within the bathroom.
For a more contemporary feel, the Lucia basin introduces colour through hand-blown Bohemian crystal, with blue, green, and clear finishes that catch and refract light across the countertop. The Luna basin, by contrast, offers a pared-back, deeper bowl made from transparent tempered cut glass, bringing a clean, understated presence that works comfortably across a range of bathroom styles.
Installation and Practical Considerations
Each basin comes with detailed fitting instructions.
To install a glass or crystal basin in your bathroom or cloakroom, you will need a countertop, vanity unit, or Finn basin support bracket, along with an appropriate waste and bottle trap. The setup can be coordinated with either deck-mounted or wall-mounted taps to create a cohesive and functional layout.
Installation should always be carried out by a qualified plumber to ensure safety and proper fit.
